Returns Policy – Junouk's Candy Shop

At Junouk's Candy Shop we do our best to process and ship every order carefully, hygienically and completely. Because we mainly sell candy, chocolate and other edible products, additional rules apply to cancellations, returns and withdrawals in connection with food safety, hygiene and shelf life.

1. Cancel order before processing

Do you want to cancel your order? Please contact us as soon as possible via info@junoukscandyshop.com.

As long as your order remains has not been processed, we can cancel the order free of charge. Have you paid yet? We will then refund the amount paid via the original payment method.

Has your order already been processed, packed or shipped? Then we can no longer guarantee cancellation. In that case, the rules for cancellation, returns and exceptions apply as described below.

With products that are specially formulated for you, such as Choose & Mix, Pick & Mix Candy bags, mystery bags, gift packages or other composite products, you can no longer cancel once we have started processing or putting together the order.

2. Right of withdrawal and reflection period

When purchasing online, consumers are in many cases entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days after receiving the order. Within this period you can cancel the purchase without giving any reason.

Please note: the right of withdrawal does not apply to all products. Legal exceptions apply to certain products, for example quickly perishable products, products that have been specially formulated for you and products that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or food safety once the packaging or seal has been opened.

From June 19, 2026 If the right of withdrawal applies, you can also use the withdrawal button on our webshop.

3. Products that cannot be returned

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

• sweets, chocolate and other foods that can spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life;

• products whose seal or packaging has been opened, broken or damaged after delivery and which are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or food safety;

• Pick & Mix Candy, Choose & Mix products, curated candy bags, mystery bags and gift packages that have been put together especially for you;

• products that are no longer in their original, closed and salable condition after receipt;

• products that by their nature cannot be sold again safely or hygienically.

Unopened, non-perishable standard products that are still completely sealed, undamaged and salable may be subject to the normal right of withdrawal. Always contact us first.

4. How can you cancel an order?

Would you like to exercise your right of withdrawal? Then you can enter this 14 days after receipt report to us via:

Please state:

• your name;

• your order number;

• the email address you used to order;

• which product or products are involved.

After your report, you will receive a confirmation and further instructions from us. After revocation you still have: 14 days to return the products, unless the product is excluded from return.

5. Conditions for returns

A return will only be accepted if:

• the product is subject to the right of withdrawal;

• the product is unopened, unused and undamaged;

• the original seal and packaging are intact;

• the product is complete and in salable condition;

• the return has been registered with us in advance.

We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, damaged or unsealed due to food safety and hygiene.

6. Return costs

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the costs for returning the products are at your own expense.

In the event of an approved cancellation, we will refund the purchase price, including standard outward shipping costs if the entire order is canceled. Have you chosen a more expensive shipping method than our standard shipping method? Then we will only reimburse the costs of the standard shipping method.

The shipping costs of a return will only be reimbursed by Junouk's Candy Shop if there is an error on our part, for example if you have received an incorrect, damaged or defective product.

7. Damage, wrong product or missing item

Please check your order immediately upon receipt.

Take it as soon as possible, preferably indoors 7 days after delivery, contact us at info@junoukscandyshop.com as:

• an item has arrived damaged;

• you have received a wrong product;

• something is missing from your order;

• something else is wrong with your order.

Mention your order number and add clear photos of the product, packaging and shipping box. We assess the report and, if applicable, offer an appropriate solution, such as replacement, subsequent delivery or refund.

This period does not limit your legal rights as a consumer.

8. Refunds

In the event of an approved cancellation, we will refund the amount paid via the original payment method.

In the event of an approved cancellation, we will refund the amount as soon as possible, at the latest within 14 days after we have received your cancellation notice. We may wait to refund until we have received the products back or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the products.

In the event of an error on our part, a defective product, an incorrectly delivered product or a missing item, we will assess the situation and, if applicable, offer a suitable solution, such as replacement, subsequent delivery or refund.

It may take a few days before the refund is visible in your account. This depends on your bank or payment provider.

9. Withdrawal button from June 19, 2026

From June 19, 2026, Junouk's Candy Shop will offer a clear online withdrawal option via our webshop. This allows you to easily indicate that you want to cancel an order within the statutory cooling-off period.

This function is intended for products for which the right of withdrawal applies. Returns remain not possible for products that are legally excluded from withdrawal, such as opened food products, hygiene-sensitive products or specially formulated products.
